You are halfway there, and at a very important stage in your study journey where you will be ready to gather information on opportunities within the veterinary profession.
The NZVA is providing you with an afternoon where you will hear from a variety of speakers who hold varying positions within the industry. The talks will range from highlighting species you can work with as a vet, to roles that involve using your degree in a non-clinical environment.
You will come away feeling better informed on the options available to you as you decide on a career pathway after your study is complete.
There will also be breaks and a mingling session which will allow you to ask the speakers questions relating to your field(s) of interest. Lunch, afternoon tea and drinks and nibbles are on us ? we’ll see you there!
